"I think the fostering of innovative ideas at LP&P is really great...with the deep bench of employees at LP&P, many of whom have been here for five years or longer, many well beyond that, there are a lot of great ideas that are shared and explored here, which keeps things fresh."

At LP&P, we realize the importance of balancing top-notch client service with a supportive, easy-going, employee-oriented corporate culture. We strive to create a friendly atmosphere that promotes having fun while doing a good job; fosters professional and personal development through positive interaction with colleagues; and enables the flexibility to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

Our culture values everyone’s insight. We welcome innovative approaches and creative ideas from all levels of our organization. For many years our employees have run “peer training sessions” where employees tell their counterparts the “tips and tricks” that they learned in their account roles. In addition, our managers and vice presidents offer lunchtime training sessions that help employees learn from their communications expertise. We encourage cross-team and cross-agency sharing of information and ideas that make us all more informed and effective. Click here for more details on training and development.

Our employees come up with all kinds of creative ways to encourage interaction, team building and fun. Informal bagel breakfasts welcome new employees and planned “work week wind-downs” or, as we call them, "www.down" company functions celebrate agency milestones or important holidays. Many employees take part in our Foosball Tournaments to get their name on a plaque in the “Foosball Hall of Fame” in our break room. Our Partners for Change committee offers employees an opportunity to donate their time and talent to the community through philanthropic activities. This group focuses on programs that enrich the local community through literacy & education. See pictures from our recent PR Career Day with Woburn High School.

These are just a few of the activities that help our employees get to know and learn from each other and make LP&P a better place to work.

At LP&P, we want our employees to achieve a work-life balance that allows them to have a rewarding professional career and the time and flexibility to pursue interests and personal priorities outside of work. Our team structure lets the workload of clients be distributed among employees so no one feels overburdened and everyone helps each other succeed. We want our employees to feel good about being a part of LP&P while they are providing consistently excellent service to our excellent roster of clients.
