PR Team Opportunities
New Business Associate, Woburn, MA
A New Business Associate distributes new business related reports and alerts to employees; identifies new business opportunities and maintains relevant databases tracking ongoing communication; performs research and basic analysis of potential new business prospects; provides administrative and face-to-face support for new business networking, research and pitching; assists teams with new business presentations; works with vendors, account teams and Systems to update the Web site and marketing collateral; Completes first drafts of RFI/RFP's; Quarterly Press Release process; processes and tracks internal paperwork (purchase orders, expense reports, HR paperwork);
We look for prior sales, PR or marketing experience (one to two years), project management, media relations, writing, analytical, and strong PC skills. A college degree is required, preferably in a communications field.
Vice President, Austin, TX
Vice Presidents are responsible for managing five or more client accounts providing complete public relations and strategic counsel; directing the activities of account teams to ensure timely completion of projects and programs; delivering strategic programming including media relations, investor relations, product launches, analyst relations, and tactical communications expertise; working closely with other senior level staff members to develop clients' public relations strategy and plans; profitably managing team activities to meet plan and budget; identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
We look for project management, client management, media relations, writing, editing, social media expertise, analytical and PC skills. Previous management, business development, and public relations experience in high-tech is required. Experience working with wireless, systems management, clean energy and semiconductor clients strongly desired. A college degree is required, preferably in a communications field.
